PROJECT INFORMATION
The Shelborne South Beach Hotel has completed a strategic renovation of its kitchen and back-of-house service areas, reflecting a thoughtful approach to improving staff operations and overall guest service. The redesigned layout focuses on creating a smoother and more streamlined environment for culinary preparation and event support.
REDESIGNED FOR EFFICENCY, BUILT FOR HOSPITALITY
Upgrades include a new equipment layout within the kitchen, dishwashing, and prep zones—allowing for better circulation and ease of access for staff. The renovation also introduced a new walk-in cooler and freezer, helping to increase storage capacity and accommodate higher-volume events with ease.
To support guest needs, new restrooms were added in part of the existing seating area, meeting plumbing fixture requirements without compromising the event space. Additionally, a new exit to the outdoor deck area was constructed to improve traffic flow and offer greater accessibility for staff and guests during events.
Blending practical upgrades with high-end hospitality standards, the renovation strengthens the venue’s ability to deliver seamless service while maintaining the signature style and elegance of the Shelborne brand.
