PROJECT INFORMATION
The EAU Palm Beach Resort & Spa has embarked on a sweeping renovation that redefines the guest experience across this iconic beachfront destination. Delivered through a fully integrated design-build approach, the project includes architectural, engineering, and construction services to reimagine more than 71,000 square feet of hospitality space.
RENOVATING A LUXURY BEACHFRONT RESORT WITH UPGRADES TO INTERIOR AND OUTDOOR SPACES
Key transformations span the entry, porte cochere, main lobby, restaurants, retail spaces, and spa, each thoughtfully redesigned to elevate the resort’s luxurious identity. Signature new features include a poolside bar crafted from high-end materials such as marble and aluminum, a custom-designed splash pad for children adjacent to the Kids Club, and a charming ice cream shop, all nestled within newly landscaped grounds.
Outdoor enhancements include a renovated resort pool deck, upgraded adult pool area, and extensive landscape and lighting improvements across the property. The monument sign and site entry experience have also been redesigned to reflect the resort’s refined aesthetic. Functional upgrades support these enhancements, including new MEP systems, partition walls, custom millwork, and refreshed finishes throughout. This renovation blends elegance with playful sophistication, offering guests a reinvigorated destination that combines leisure, luxury, and family-friendly charm in a setting that remains authentically Palm Beach.
