PROJECT INFORMATION
Strategically positioned in the Glades County Industrial Park, the new Glades County Training Facility serves as a cornerstone for regional workforce development, education, and operations. Spanning approximately 40,000 square feet on a 5-acre site, this multipurpose complex brings together flexible learning environments, administrative offices, and a large-scale warehouse under one roof.
TRAINING MEETS INDUSTRY

The educational wing features five 750-square-foot classrooms, each equipped with operable partitions that allow for expanded instructional spaces and customized training layouts. Adjacent to the learning areas is a 5,000-square-foot administrative core, housing private offices, a reception area, conference/board room, records storage, staff break rooms, public restrooms, and a lobby—all designed to facilitate smooth daily operations and public engagement.
The heart of the facility is its 30,000-square-foot open warehouse, outfitted with five 14’ x 16’ roll-up doors, truck bays, circulation fans, dedicated lighting, and electrical service drops at each bay. This expansive area supports hands-on technical training, equipment staging, and potential light industrial use, making the facility a versatile asset for both public and private sector needs.
