Architecturally, the structure is enhanced by a welcoming porte cochere and a spacious covered rear patio, expanding the total footprint to 16,090 square feet and providing seamless indoor-outdoor integration for events and gatherings. The surrounding site improvements support the building’s functionality and visual appeal, featuring new asphalt paving, curbing, lighting, fencing, and lush landscaping that frames the facility and improves overall circulation.
