PROJECT INFORMATION

This project involved the transformation of 3.7 acres into fully developed public park and marine access facilities. The scope included the construction of 92 parking spaces, with 72 designated for trailers and 4 for handicap access, to accommodate high traffic and boating activity.

WATERFRONT PARK IMPROVEMENTS EXPAND COMMUNITY ACCESS AND AMENITIES

A 14,500-square-foot boat basin was excavated, supported by the installation of pre-stressed piles and concrete barrier walls. Additional components included a new boat ramp, a restroom building, and two gazebos, enhancing both the utility and recreational experience of the park. The completed space supports community access to water recreation while offering a well-organized layout for vehicles, trailers, and park visitors.
