PROJECT INFORMATION
The Minto Baseball Complex showcases the power of precision planning and collaborative delivery in a fast-paced design/build environment. Completed in just six months, the project’s first phase included the development of four fully equipped baseball fields along with a central two-story facility housing a press box, restrooms, and concessions—all designed to serve players, staff, and spectators with ease.
FIELDS BUILT WITH PRO-GRADE LIGHTING AND HFHSA-CERTIFIED TRACK
Each field was outfitted with professional-grade sports lighting and infrastructure to support both practice and competition-level play. The complex also includes a regulation running track constructed to HFHSA standards, ensuring its readiness for a range of athletic training needs.
Beyond the playing fields, the project encompassed full site development including parking facilities, sidewalks, and hardscaping elements. With a focus on durability, access, and athlete support, the Minto Baseball Complex is a testament to what can be achieved through streamlined construction delivery, responsive planning, and technical execution on an aggressive timeline.
