The Osprey Bay Wellness Center project involved the construction of a modern fitness and wellness facility designed to provide safe, accessible, and flexible spaces for recreation and community use. The scope included construction of a Type VB wood-frame building with a wood truss roof system, painted exterior walls, spray foam insulation, and a metal roofing system, along with interior spaces such as a fitness area, golf simulator room, ADA-compliant pool restrooms, multi-purpose rooms, and a covered outdoor porch. The project also included high-quality interior finishes, as well as complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems designed to support the facility’s long-term function and comfort.
