PROJECT INFORMATION
This comprehensive renovation project focused on enhancing the guest experience throughout an entire hotel, with upgrades spanning the lobby, guest corridors, and all individual guest rooms. The lobby was redesigned with elegant marble finishes, new lighting installations, and refined detailing to create a more welcoming and luxurious arrival experience. Guest corridors received upgraded finishes to align with the refreshed aesthetic, improving the overall flow and atmosphere of the hotel.
ELEVATED INTERIOR DESIGN FOR ENHANCED GUEST EXPERIENCE
Each guest room underwent a full interior update, including modernized bathrooms, contemporary lighting solutions, and elevated material palettes. The cohesive renovation prioritized comfort, style, and durability, ensuring that every touchpoint within the hotel reflects a renewed sense of sophistication and hospitality.
One of the more creative transformations involved enclosing the former drive-up teller area under the existing roof to create a new, flexible community room—offering an additional venue for events, workshops, and civic gatherings. This space also received a new roof, ensuring its longevity.
To complement the indoor improvements, the project introduced expanded restrooms, new landscaping, additional parking, and a fresh coat of exterior paint, rounding out the library’s comprehensive modernization.Together, these enhancements position the Lantana Public Library as a more accessible, inclusive, and inviting public asset for years to come.
