PROJECT INFORMATION
The Caribbean Isles project was completed in two phases and delivered a series of enhancements designed to elevate the community’s amenity offerings and overall site character. Phase one included construction of a new 848-square-foot fitness building, a new pickleball court, and three masonry monument signs at key community entrances, along with associated demolition and site preparation. Phase two focused on upgrades to the existing pool area and included a new spa, outdoor kitchen, BBQ ramada, and the removal and reinstallation of pool pavers as needed. Additional improvements such as landscaping, site lighting, and concrete and paving work helped create a more functional and cohesive environment for residents.
PHASED AMENITY IMPROVEMENTS ENHANCE COMMUNITY RECREATION & IDENTITY

This project reflects a thoughtful approach to improving both the daily resident experience and the overall visual identity of the community. By combining new recreational amenities with upgraded outdoor gathering spaces and enhanced entry features, the work supports a stronger sense of place while expanding opportunities for wellness, leisure, and connection. The phased delivery also allowed for a comprehensive transformation of key amenity areas, resulting in a refreshed and more inviting community environment.
