PROJECT INFORMATION
The Pence Park project involves the redesign of a neighborhood park in Boynton Beach, Florida, to create a more versatile, accessible, and community-oriented recreational space. Planned improvements include four pickleball courts, a multipurpose synthetic turf field, a multipurpose room, office space, restrooms, and storage facilities, all intended to support a wide range of recreational and community activities. The park will also be fully gated to enhance security during non-operational hours, while onsite parking has been incorporated to improve accessibility, accommodate future events, and reduce traffic overflow into the surrounding neighborhood.
A REIMAGINED NEIGHBORHOOD PARK DESIGNED FOR RECREATION & COMMUNITY USE

This project reflects a thoughtful approach to expanding recreational opportunities while supporting the everyday needs of the surrounding community. By combining active play areas with flexible indoor support spaces, enhanced security measures, and improved parking access, the redesigned park is planned to serve as a welcoming and functional destination for residents of all ages. The overall vision for Pence Park focuses on creating a well-balanced community asset that encourages activity, connection, and long-term neighborhood value.
