PROJECT INFORMATION

The 23-acre conceptual design for a new Sports Complex Park in Florida envisions a dynamic athletic and recreational destination. At the heart of the complex is a central hub featuring a concession building and playground, with easy access from four strategically placed drop-off areas. Surrounding this core are four artificial turf baseball fields, each equipped with dedicated batting cages and bullpens to support organized play and training. Multiple shaded areas enhance the visitor experience, and a mulch path weaves through the site for walking and jogging.

CONCEPTUAL PLAN ENVISIONS EXPANSIVE ATHLETIC COMPLEX WITH ROOM TO GROW

The design also includes a dedicated Training Facility and a Maintenance Building to support operations and athlete development. Off-street parking and overflow grass parking ensure accessibility for large crowds and future events. With thoughtful planning for phased growth, the complex is designed to adapt and expand as community needs evolve.
