PROJECT INFORMATION
This project involved the complete roof replacement of a key facility for the South Florida Water Management District. The scope included the installation of a new built-up roofing system, designed to enhance durability and weather resistance. To ensure long-term performance, the work also incorporated new waterproofing measures, stucco restoration, and the application of one inch of insulation topped with a membrane layer.
ROOFING AND EXTERIOR UPGRADES STRENGTHEN RESILIENCE

Additional improvements included metal fabrication and installation, as well as a full repainting of exterior surfaces. Together, these upgrades not only improved the building’s structural integrity and energy efficiency but also refreshed its overall appearance—supporting the agency’s ongoing operations in a more resilient and weather-ready environment.
