PROJECT INFORMATION
This project entails the strategic development of a split property into two distinct yet architecturally cohesive commercial structures. The first portion includes an office/warehouse building with its own designated outdoor storage and parking, designed to support light industrial or distribution operations. Adjacent to it is a pre-engineered metal building consisting of six bays—two constructed during the initial phase, with infrastructure in place to accommodate four future build-outs.
INDEPENDENT STRUCTURES WITH COHESIVE SITE IDENTITY

While each structure functions independently with separate accommodations, including parking and storage, the development is visually unified through a shared architectural language on the façades. This thoughtful design approach allows for operational flexibility while maintaining a consistent and polished identity across the site.
Set on elevated soil pads at Base Flood Elevation +2’ NAVD, the new structure is built with long-term resilience in mind. Site improvements also include future playground areas, restored open green space, and a landscape plan that preserves mature canopy trees and relocates select palms within the park to maintain its established character.
With its sustainable design and thoughtful amenities, the Muss Park Pavilion enriches the park’s offerings while respecting the natural beauty and needs of the community.
One of the more creative transformations involved enclosing the former drive-up teller area under the existing roof to create a new, flexible community room—offering an additional venue for events, workshops, and civic gatherings. This space also received a new roof, ensuring its longevity.
To complement the indoor improvements, the project introduced expanded restrooms, new landscaping, additional parking, and a fresh coat of exterior paint, rounding out the library’s comprehensive modernization.Together, these enhancements position the Lantana Public Library as a more accessible, inclusive, and inviting public asset for years to come.
