PROJECT INFORMATION
The NCCI Video Studio Productions project represents a striking transformation of a 1,922-square-foot storage space into a sophisticated, professional-grade video production facility. Located in the north wing of the building’s first floor, the studio was designed to elevate the organization’s in-house media capabilities, supporting a range of production types including interviews, podcasts, training modules, and promotional content for government-related initiatives.
DESIGNED FOR IMPACTFUL MEDIA PRODUCTION
Every detail of the renovation was tailored to enhance both performance and user experience. The build-out includes full soundproofing, acoustical treatment, custom lighting grids, and adaptable set configurations. A dedicated control room and editing suite ensure efficient post-production workflows, while a green screen area provides creative flexibility.
The interior design strikes a balance between technological rigor and visual clarity, using clean architectural lines and integrated systems to maximize operations without visual clutter. This project exemplifies how purpose-driven design can convert a utilitarian space into a media environment that meets the evolving needs of modern communication and education.
