PROJECT INFORMATION
The South Miami Medical Building – ADA Restroom Renovation project involves the renovation of the existing common-area restrooms on all six floors of the South Miami Medical Arts Building to bring them into code compliance and meet ADA standards. The scope includes the demolition and replacement of existing floor and wall tile, along with the removal and replacement of bathroom partitions, accessories, and plumbing fixtures throughout the restrooms. The work also includes ceiling replacement and upgrades to the ceiling fixtures, resulting in refreshed, more accessible restroom facilities that better serve building occupants and visitors.
IMPROVING ACCESSIBILITY & MODERNIZING ESSENTIAL BUILDING AMENITIES

This project reflects the importance of upgrading everyday spaces to meet current accessibility requirements while improving overall function and appearance. By renovating the restrooms across all six floors, the project helps create a more inclusive and user-friendly environment for tenants, staff, and visitors. The improvements not only support ADA compliance, but also contribute to a cleaner, more modern facility experience within an active medical office building.
