PROJECT INFORMATION

The Environmental Services Administration Building in Delray Beach is a 13,590-square-foot facility that skillfully blends traditional Florida architectural elements with modern design and technology. Featuring a distinctive old-Florida style, the building is adorned with rich cypress wood ceilings and natural lighting drawn in through architectural towers, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION BUILDING CONSTRUCTED TO SERVE AND INSPIRE

Inside, sophisticated mosaic tile details add visual interest and local character throughout the public and administrative areas. The facility is equipped with advanced audio-visual systems and state-of-the-art conference rooms, supporting efficient communication and collaboration for municipal staff. This project demonstrates how municipal architecture can combine aesthetic heritage with high-performance spaces tailored for 21st-century needs.

Set on elevated soil pads at Base Flood Elevation +2’ NAVD, the new structure is built with long-term resilience in mind. Site improvements also include future playground areas, restored open green space, and a landscape plan that preserves mature canopy trees and relocates select palms within the park to maintain its established character.

With its sustainable design and thoughtful amenities, the Muss Park Pavilion enriches the park’s offerings while respecting the natural beauty and needs of the community.

One of the more creative transformations involved enclosing the former drive-up teller area under the existing roof to create a new, flexible community room—offering an additional venue for events, workshops, and civic gatherings. This space also received a new roof, ensuring its longevity.

To complement the indoor improvements, the project introduced expanded restrooms, new landscaping, additional parking, and a fresh coat of exterior paint, rounding out the library’s comprehensive modernization.Together, these enhancements position the Lantana Public Library as a more accessible, inclusive, and inviting public asset for years to come.
