PROJECT INFORMATION

Constructed within the operational grounds of an active water treatment facility, the new 3,700-square-foot Public Services Administration Building delivers a practical yet thoughtfully designed environment for municipal operations. The pre-engineered structure features an integrated layout that includes a three-bay garage, a fully equipped maintenance shop, eight private offices, break rooms, and flexible meeting spaces.

PRE-ENGINEERED STRUCTURE FOR PUBLIC WORKS OPERATIONS

Designed to support daily operations for the public works team, the building optimizes space for both administration and hands-on service delivery. The project required careful phasing and coordination to minimize disruption to the surrounding utilities, showcasing strategic planning and precision execution in a constrained, active-site environment.

More than just a utility structure, the building sets a new standard for municipal facilities—combining operational readiness, staff comfort, and architectural efficiency in a compact footprint.
