PROJECT INFORMATION
This project involved the demolition and replacement of the existing Paint Mix Room at Building B-134 of the South Florida Water Management District’s West Palm Beach Field Station. The existing pre-engineered metal structure was fully removed and replaced with a newly constructed, one-story, 713-square-foot pre-engineered metal building.
UPGRADED PAINT MIX ROOM DESIGNED FOR LONG-TERM PERFORMANCE

Designed to enhance durability and safety, the new Paint Mix Room provides an upgraded, code-compliant space for paint handling and preparation activities. The project improves overall site operations and supports the ongoing maintenance efforts of the district.
